Solutions

AI Solutions That Handle the Busywork.

Email, scheduling, follow-ups and reporting — the repetitive business functions that fill a day without moving anything forward. We automate them so your team can spend its hours on higher-value work.

Every build is a custom agent flow that works inside the systems you already use. No migration, no rip-and-replace.

What we build

Service 01

AI Email & Lead Management

Most enquiries are lost to response time, not to price. An inbox that gets triaged twice a day means every lead waits hours for an answer they expected in minutes.

We put an agent in front of your inbox. It reads what comes in, works out what it is, and handles it — qualifying the lead, logging it where your team can see it, and drafting or sending a reply that sounds like you rather than like a robot.

  • Inbound triage — sorted, tagged and routed to the right person
  • Lead qualification against criteria you define
  • CRM records created and updated without manual entry
  • First replies in your tone of voice, day or night
  • Follow-up sequences that stop the moment someone responds
  • Approval mode available for anything customer-facing

Service 02

Smart Scheduling Systems

Booking a 30-minute call should not take six emails. Scheduling is the single most automatable thing most businesses do, and it's usually the last thing they get around to fixing.

We build the whole loop: offering real availability, taking the booking, confirming it, reminding both sides, and handling the reschedule when something moves — which it always does.

  • Real-time availability pulled from your actual calendars
  • Bookings, confirmations and calendar invites handled end-to-end
  • Reminders timed to cut no-shows
  • Self-serve rescheduling and cancellations
  • Round-robin and team routing where more than one person can take the call
  • Intake questions answered before the meeting starts

Service 03

Workflow Optimization

Every business accumulates steps that exist only because someone once did it that way. Exporting a report to paste into a deck. Retyping an order into a second system. Chasing an approval that has been sitting unread for three days.

We map how work actually moves through your business — not how the process document says it does — then automate the copy-paste steps and the handoffs that stall, inside the tools you already pay for.

  • A written map of your current process, friction points marked
  • Data moved between systems automatically instead of by hand
  • Recurring reports built and delivered on schedule
  • Approvals and handoffs that chase themselves
  • Document and invoice generation from existing records
  • Alerts when something stalls, before a client notices

Service 04

Web apps

Sometimes there is no tool to automate, because the tool doesn't exist. The work is happening in a spreadsheet that three people edit at once and nobody fully trusts.

That's when we build the small internal app that does fit — a client portal, an operations dashboard, an intake form with real logic behind it. Built to be fast, boring and reliable, deployed on infrastructure you own.

  • Client portals and customer-facing forms
  • Internal dashboards over data you already have
  • Intake and quoting tools with rules built in
  • Marketing sites that load fast and rank
  • Connected to the same automations, not sitting beside them
  • Yours to keep, on your own hosting accounts

Questions

Before you book

How long does a typical build take?

It depends entirely on scope. A single automation — routing and replying to inbound email, for example — is usually a matter of days. A connected system spanning scheduling, CRM and reporting takes longer.

You get a timeline in writing after the Discover stage, before you commit to a build.

Do I have to switch tools?

No. We build custom agent flows that work within your existing business systems. If your team lives in Gmail, a particular CRM and a shared calendar, the automation goes around those rather than replacing them.

Migrations are disruptive and rarely necessary. If we do think a tool is genuinely holding you back, we'll say so — and it will still be your call.

What happens if an automation gets something wrong?

Anything customer-facing gets guardrails. Depending on your risk tolerance we can hold drafts for approval, restrict an agent to a defined set of actions, or escalate anything it isn't confident about to a human.

Monitoring and alerting are part of the Deploy & Support stage, so failures surface immediately rather than silently.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The automations run in your accounts, on your data, and you keep them. We're not trying to make you dependent on us to keep the lights on.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We build on providers and API tiers that don't train on your data, and we scope each automation to the minimum information it needs to do its job.

If you have specific compliance or data-residency requirements, raise them in the first call and we'll design around them.

What happens after launch?

We connect, monitor and optimize your systems, providing continuous improvement and training.

Businesses change, and an automation built around last year's process quietly stops fitting. Ongoing support keeps it matched to how you actually work.
